We offer a number of systems designed to process natural sand and gravel. The feed material for these systems can be described as 'clean' in that it has little clay content and there are no organics contained in the feed.

These plants allow for single or dual sand production to the required specification. We also have a range of multi sand options available, specifically used for the production of specialist sands (filter sand, USGA, golf sand and lignite removal being the main applications).

Crusher Dust Washing PlantsThe feed material for these plants is generally the by product from a crushing process and is generally relatively 'clean' although partly claybound. These plants are proven to deliver commercial grade material from waste in a large number of installations throughout the world.

These plants allow for a single or dual sand production to the required specification and include our Atrofeed and AggMax attrition systems to enable effective removal of all clays which ensures the production of high quality sand and aggregates from a waste material.

Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling PlantsThese systems have been designed to process construction and demolition waste material which can be characterised as heavily clay bound material, containing a large number of contaminants including metals, wood and other organic materials.

These world leading systems have been developed over the last decade and are proven to produce high quality, fully certified sand and aggregate from this waste stream. These recycling systems include full closed circuit water treatment to ensure there is no waste following the processing phase.
